Motivation as a factor for improving the effectiveness of human resources management

The article is devoted to the actual problem of motivation for work today. The purpose of the article is to study the factors of improving the effectiveness of human resources management. On the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature, it is revealed that the following factors can influence the increase of the effectiveness of human resources management: identification yourself with the firm, awareness of importance as an employee, opportunities for initiative, creative self-realization, fair leadership encouragement, both materially and using intangible incentive methods. This problem has been little studied and requires further research.
