Motivation as a factor of development of leader qualities of personnel

Theoretical bases of formation and improvement of system of motivation of work at the enterprise are presented in this article. Various systems of motivation of work and a concept of motivation in general are considered. The system of motivation as a factor of development of leadership skills of employees in modern control systems is defined. In work the value of use of correctly organized system of the motivation satisfying requirements as employees, and the enterprises are more whole is defined. The effective making systems of motivation of work are revealed.
