Motivation as a tool for the development of agriculture of the Ishim municipal district of the Tyumen region

The author considers the impact of certain functions of management on the efficiency of production in agriculture. In particular, the function of motivation has a direct impact on improving the efficiency of production in the agricultural sector. The author considers the motivation from the position of the organization of local government competitions and competitions among agricultural organizations of different types.
