Motivation as a major factor of increasing efficiency of personnel management organization

The article deals with actual problems of formation of motivation of workers and the main factors affecting the efficiency of the personnel management system in the organization. As well as studied the problem of staff motivation. Such concepts as material and non-material incentives for staff are disclosed. Special attention is paid to the importance of non-material incentives.
