Motivation «for success» and motivation «to avoid failures» in the context of positive psychology

The article considers motivations of a person's behaviour. Prevailing motives influence success of activity of each person. From the point of view of founders of "positive psychology» approach it is necessary for each individual to form in their consciousness positive motivation in the sphere of activity which is particularly important for them. According to their specific features each individual changes attitude to dispositions at the heart of the motives and chooses the necessary strategy of behavior. Consequently, an individual forms the positive attitude to the surrounding reality.
