Dedicated to the issue of labor motivation for teachers of preschool educational organizations. It is emphasized that one of the main control levers is motivation, which is the process of creating internal incentives for personnel to achieve the goals of the organization in accordance with the delegated duties and in accordance with the plan. It is concluded that the significant development of educators' motivation is possible through their inclusion in the system of non-material incentives, adequate to the current stage of development and modernization of the education system.
