Motivation of the personnel of the banking sphere in a crisis

This article proposes to apply a systematic approach to finding a complete and comprehensive solution to the problem of the motivation of the banking sector personnel in the conditions of the economic crisis. Analyzed features of employee motivation. A phased system decision-making algorithm is described. Using this system algorithm, the manager will be able to find new points of influence on the needs of employees that have changed during the crisis. Since any passivity, awaiting position is dangerous and can lead to a sharp decline in profits and the collapse of the bank.
