Theoretical bases of studying of the basic approaches and theories of labor motivation of workers, in disclosing of questions of importance of motivation of work as one of elements and functions of management of the company are considered. Measures are proposed to improve the quality of labor motivation in GeodesyGroup LLC in order to transfer this managerial experience to the management of other companies from related industries.
