Personnel motivation as a tool for realization of the enterprise strategy

The article discusses the motivation of staff as a tool for the implementation of the strategy of the enterprise, as the staff is the main capital and the main value of the modern organization. Sufficient motivation of all the staff of the organization to implement the new strategy is a significant, absolutely necessary condition for its successful implementation. The variety of approaches to motivating and encouraging employees is quite large. This can be to allow staff to feel part of something significant or to get more personal satisfaction from the results of the work. Employees at all levels of the organization should be responsible for the performance of the assigned work, which is part of the strategic plan of the organization, and they should be aware of their remuneration, depending on the implementation of their strategic objectives. Incentives encourage the employee to do everything necessary to achieve the objectives expressed in the strategic plan.
