Staff motivation as a necessary factor in forming the competitiveness of an educational institution

This article describes the main information about competitiveness and its role in motivating the staff of an educational institution, internal and external factors of competitiveness are considered. The article describes the effectiveness of the personnel motivation system, which is one of the most significant factors of the educational institution's competitiveness. Measures are proposed to stimulate self-development motivation of the teaching staff.
