Crisis situations have an adverse impact on many organizations. There are not only financial difficulties, but also difficulties associated with the loss of highly qualified personnel, without which it is almost impossible to overcome the crisis. One of the main tasks of management at the crisis stage is to retain key employees. And it is possible to realize this task by informing employees in time and creating an optimal motivation system. In a difficult period for the enterprise, it is necessary, if not to increase, then at least to maintain the efficiency of employees at the same level. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of staff motivation in a crisis.
