Motivation of personnel involved in project implementation

Personnel motivation is the basis of personnel policy of any company or enterprise. It is a system that combines a number of incentives that influence the behavior of the entire team or an individual employee. The use of various methods of motivation allows to increase the efficiency of employees and achieve better results. Motivated employees are less likely to experience emotional burnout. A properly selected system of staff motivation gives a number of advantages. With such a staff, it is easier to form realistic long-term goals and plan deadlines for achieving results. In this article various methods of personnel motivation are considered, the algorithm of motivation system implementation is considered. Examples of non-standard motivation of employees are given.
