Staff motivation: essence, goals and tasks

The article deals with the theoretical issues of staff motivation. Approaches to the essence of the concept of "motivation" are studied. The scheme of interaction of external and internal motivating factors is presented. Conclusions are drawn about the competitiveness of the motivation system.
