In article the question of human resource management as one of defining in an enterprise field of activity is considered. In difficult modern conditions of managing results of personnel work have influence on the position of enterprise in the market and its image. The special attention is given to management of process of human resources and his motivation. Questions of management process quality by the personnel in quality management system are mentioned. The effective model of motivation of key employees, and also the segmented stimulation of separate groups of workers is offered.
