The article is devoted to the consideration of the characteristics of staff motivation. The purpose of the study is to identify the results of quality management. The article also discusses the key factors that require changes in management and the mechanism of their impact. As a result of the introduction of the industrial enterprise motivation system, which is based on the information component, the effective work and loyalty of employees is ensured, the quality of the final product and the work performed is also improved. The information component helps the company to track the newly emerging needs of employees.
