This article examines the role and methods of motivating employees at small catering enterprises. For today, public catering enterprises occupy a significant place in the life of society. The main goal of the institution is to make a profit. The profit depends on many factors, including the qualitative work of the staff. To achieve this goal, employees must be motivated for work, high sales and enterprise development.
