The article is devoted to the analysis of the motivation of employees of the internal affairs bodies (ATS) to regular physical education and sports in conditions of intensive professional activity. Key issues are considered, including organizational barriers, psychological obstacles, and environmental influences, with an in-depth analysis of their causes and consequences for professional effectiveness and health. Comprehensive solutions are offered: individualized programs, the role of leadership, psychological support, as well as specific examples of successful practices and innovations — from digital platforms and virtual reality to corporate challenges and the integration of sports into career development. Special attention is paid to gender and age aspects, international experience and strategic transformation of motivation as part of the overall professional training system. The article is focused on practical application in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
