The article presents the results and analysis of master programmes' students' motivessurvey. The conscious internal motivation, which is usual for master programmes'students, is the basis condition for effective learning activity. Also, we reveal thelinks between master educational programmes' frames, teaching methods and theircorrespondence to the needs and motivations of the students.
