Work motivation as a management factor in the sphere of physical education and sport

The article deals with motivation as a management factor in the sphere of physical education and sport. Its features, principles of operation are defined. The main objectives of most sports organizations under the modern market conditions are the growth of the organization, its ongoing development and expansion of its impact zone. That, in turn, is impossible without employees. Given the current economic conditions in Russia and in the world in general, the problem of employee motivation is not only the urgent one, but more over it has been constantly increasing.
