Labor motivation in the public service system

Today, in the context of the development of the state civil service, the issue of the effectiveness of the activities of public servants is relevant. There is no doubt about the fact that the activities of the civil service depend on the quality of field work, which depends on the motivation of employees. The article analyzes the essence of the motivation for work of civil servants and identifies the most important, in our opinion, features of labor motivation aimed at the quality performance of labor functions. Priority directions of the formation of labor motivation for civil servants are proposed.
