Motivational programme in the system for formation of sustainable social and labour relations in regional organisations

Main trends in efficient motivation system development as one of the most important elements of social and labour relations in an organisation are considered in the article. The results of the researches in the sphere of the applied wage system in regional organisations from the point of view of labour activeness stimulations have been summarised. The scheme for enterprise motivational programme formation is offered.
