The peculiarities of the motivational sphere of the disabled children inter-hemispheric asymmetry of brain at school of the social adaptation are considered in this article. The specific character of the motives of the children of various groups of diseases is also revealed here. The differentiated analysis of the results of psycho-correctional work is presented here. It is revealed that the children with the limited abilities need well-planned and scientifically-based system of the social-educational and psychological measures. The effectiveness of the correctionally developing lessons is shown.
