Motivation and values of employees in the sphere of additional vocational training

This article analyses the motivation and values of employees when gaining additional professional education. The groups of workers according to the social and professional characteristics, competitiveness levels are distinguished. Differentiation of workers according to competitiveness levels allows to apply a differentiated approach to their motivation, organization of the training process.
