The article deals with the issues of motivation of group criminal behavior of minors. It is noted that the motives of criminal behavior of persons under the age of eighteen are determined both by the age characteristics of adolescents, and the influence of social environment, and primarily by joint party. Based on the study, the conclusions about the motivational features of minors group criminal behavior are made.
