The article studies correlation between motivational regulators, aggression and conflict behavior of soldiers. The authors have found out that the essential features of servicemen’ self-regulation is aggressive response to activation of needs and self-actualization, and reducing of aggression when there arises the need in long-term confident relationship, as well as aspiration for creativity when focusing on cooperation in the conflict situation. The research results can be used for preventive work on optimization of socio-psychological climate in military units.
