Since the main tool that allows you to control the work of employees and manage the workflow is motivation, the topic under consideration will not lose its relevance for a long time. Currently, you can get acquainted with a huge number of different motivational methods and choose from them the one that is most suitable for a particular enterprise. The article discusses the concept of motivation and application practices. These questions are investigated on the example of the company "Adidas". Recommendations for improving the motivation system can be applied in the practice of other organizations.
