Motivation strategies in foreign companies

One of the key tasks in human resource management is motivation, as it is the direct cause of employee behaviour. Types of motivation have been studied and two main areas have been identified: tangible and intangible motivation. Having considered the nature, methods, types and techniques of human motivation, motivational systems and factors in organisational management in domestic and foreign companies were identified. As a result of the work, it was concluded that the national model is formed on the basis of successful foreign experience.
