Motives of risk subjects in the information security management system for children

The author’s approach to understanding the risk of harm to the health and development of children as a result of the dissemination of undesirable information as a probability management is proposed. For the first time a typology of subjects of risky behavior as persons affecting the level of information security of children is presented. These included: 1) actors who themselves use destructive content and broadcast it to the surrounding space, where it can become available to minors; 2) actors with a commercial interest in the production and distribution of destructive content; 3) actors directly seeking to preserve the health of children - parents or persons replacing them; 4) actors - representatives of the state, reducing the risk of harm and having formal motives related to the realization of public interest. On the basis of a level-based approach to risk subjects, the differentiation of motives for risky behavior and management measures that contribute to the emergence, change or termination of these motives is proposed.
