The issue of digital corporate culture formation at an IT firm and partner enterprise, interested in digitalisation of its production management, is investigated in the article. Characteristics of digital corporate culture are given, and the reasons encouraging its development (formation) are considered. The facts that support the positive impact of digital corporate culture on business efficiency are adduced. The IT production process peculiarities which lie in the intersubject and intersubjective interaction of different companies' specialists, allowing the understanding of the leading role of IT specialists in carrying out business digitalisation processes at different organisations, are considered. Tools for corporate culture evaluation and analysis, providing an opportunity to understand topical directions of digital corporate culture development, are worked out and presented.
