Animation is the Esperanto of all mankind, the art of the generation «next»

This article is an attempt to draw attention to one of the most important problems in the further development of one of the most interesting types of art of animation, or in the new terminology of animation. This is a separate, unique form of art and not some sort of cinema long ago and has gained recognition and respect all over the world. An example is the recognition of cartoon Yuri Norstein “hedgehog in the fog” best animated film of the xx-th century. Unfortunately, training for this art leaves much to be desired. Authoritative in g and K were successfully prepared Directors and production designers, i.e. the principal creative frames for animation. But to create a modern animated film requires a large number of other artists and professionals unique professions. Training of such personnel and implements the IPCC at the Department of cinema. And to ensure the arrival in our Institute a new generation of students, talented artists who will be in the future to continue the glorious traditions of the Soviet and Russian animation, the author makes a number of proposals for the organization of the Moscow state Institute of culture of specialized international animation centre “CONTACT”.
