Municipal personnel policy in the field of education and mechanisms for its implementation

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the municipal personnel policy and implementation mechanisms based on the assessment of the system of secondary general education. It is proposed to develop and implement regulatory legal acts of federal, regional and local significance. An important area of personnel policy in the field of education is the certification of teachers. One of the key factors determining the development of the municipal personnel policy along the innovative path is the increase in the importance of the results of scientific research and development, as well as the development and organization of socio-psychological training of employees.
