Municipal property of the city and its cost

The relevance lies in the fact that economists do not consider the issue of the relationship between the growth of construction of municipal property and the cost of municipal property. The purpose of the article is to assess the value of real estate located “on the surface”, i.e. of the property that remained from Soviet times. The task is to identify the dependence of the growth in the value of municipal property on its renewal.
