Municipal legal responsibility

This article is devoted to the study of municipal and legal responsibility as part of the institution of responsibility of bodies and officials of local government. The analysis of the theoretical provisions and legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the problems of isolation and delineation of municipal and legal responsibility is carried out. The opinion on the representation of municipal legal responsibility as an independent form is supported.
