Municipal legal analysis of acts of local self-government bodies (on the example of the Tuymazin municipal area)

The article provides a municipal legal analysis of acts of local authorities: the concept of a municipal legal act is disclosed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the classification of these acts is given, their main features are highlighted, the system of municipal legal acts is analyzed. It is noted that in the legislation, the aspect of municipal law-making of individual bodies of local self-government is regulated contradictory. The author substantiates the proposals for improving the relevant acts.
