Municipal elections: legal problems

Legislation on elections to local self-government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is manifested in many regulatory legal acts that differ from each other in form, structure and limits of legal regulation. The subject of legal regulation is predetermined by the system of local governments, as well as the organization of local authorities. In this article, the author considered legal problems and proposed ways to solve them.
