Municipal order as a measure to support small businesses

Small business in Russia plays an important role in the country's economy. As a driving force for economic and social development, small business is considered the most vulnerable business sector and needs state and municipal support. The article analyzes the problems of small business in the urban district of Ufa and considers the municipal order as a measure of municipal support for small businesses in the region.
