Muslim diaspora as a political factor Western European states

An applied political analysis of the problem of political participation of the Muslim diaspora in Western European countries (1970s - modern times) has been carried out. A typology of the policies of European states regarding the Islamic diaspora as an object and subject of the policy sphere has been carried out. The evolution of the phenomenon of “political participation of Muslims” is revealed using the methods of statistical data and generalization of the array of discourse problems. The constructs of strategic planning of the policy of sensitive states towards the Muslim diaspora are formulated on the basis of the universal legal approach of the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” (1948).
