Museum-apartment in a modern legal ground

Бесплатный доступ

The issues of the creation and functioning of apartment museums affect not only a narrow range of purely specialized legal relations and specialists involved in them, but also issues of civil, housing, urban planning and other branches of law. The museum apartment does not exist in isolation, on the contrary, due to the specifics of its status (an object in an apartment building) its existence inevitably intersects with the daily relationships that develop during the operation of residential facilities, as well as with a wide range of economic and managerial issues. It should be noted that the topic of the creation and functioning of apartment museums is, by and large, on the periphery of legal life and legal work, despite its relevance and relevance. Therefore, legislation on this topic is scarce and has not received any significant elaboration. The legal material that has already been accumulated in the course of legislative work and law enforcement practice is covered in this article.
