The article analyzes the processes of computerization, transforming the learning environment of teaching music to students with visual impairment. It emphasizes the need for changes in the content of music education in connection with the use of specialized software and hardware, digital educational resources. The authors consider the features of the process of teaching music to blind people by application of computer music technology, which is determined, in particular, by the complexity of the psychological reactions of people with profound visual disabilities.
