In article the factors defining relevance of musical and creative development of children of early age in preschool educational institutions in line with correctional and diagnostic approach reveal, purposes, problems of such work, the principles necessary for the organization and implementation of the appropriate correctional programs are allocated. The attention is focused that in realization of correctional and diagnostic approach on musical and creative occupations with children of early preschool age play a large role: games greetings, games speech (logoritmichesky), finger-type games, games with sticks, games with the sounding gestures, tool playing music, dancing miniatures.
