Onwards to the autopoiesis of technics: problem definition. New risks and opportunities

The paper presents an attempt to outline new horizons for the study and understanding of “technical" in the context of complexity paradigm. One of the significant attributes of the complexity paradigm is its inherent ethical meaning. The author performs an analysis of the technics phenomenon from the perspective of the complexity by using an autopoiesis method, which is applicable for the description of living system mechanism. Comprehension of the technics phenomenon in the context of the complexity paradigm enables new understanding of the aspects of evolution and influence of the technical on the nature, society and human being.
