The beginning and end of life as a natural limitation of human rights to life: analysis of Russian legislation

The article reveals the legal concept of human life, which is the highest value in a civilized society, and is properly protected by state bodies. Many scientific papers are devoted to the problems of human life, and many sciences deal with different kinds of problems, such as physiology, genetics, psychology, sociology, philosophy, and others. The article concluded that our state has the same problems of birth and upbringing of children as in any other civilized state, however, in each there is a specificity and different approaches to solving this problem, so that the child is developed both from a physical point of view and moral, was more psychologically resistant to external stimuli.
