It’s shown in the article that namely in the Neolithic period stable regional groups of population were formed. Local populations deeply developed the natural resources of their regions. Metal became the new kind of natural raw material. Its processing had been improving; professional skills of masters along with quality of metallic products increased, and these products step by step became embedded into all spheres of manufacturing and consuming.
