Nationalism and national communism in Georgian SSR in second half of 1940-ies

Nationalism played special role in the life of Union Republics of the USSR. Georgian SSR was among the republics, in which nationalism developted most of all. The form of nationalism were the humanitarian studies. In the Georgian SSR the nationalism closely accreted with political loyalty. It led to institutionalization of national communism in Georgia.
