The national security: theoretical-legal analysis

Through the scientific and comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon “national security” this article defines the need for its theoretical-legal research with a view to clarify the nature and content of this comprehensive and multi-aspect definition. There are analyzed the causes of a political-legal analysis imperfection of this phenomenon, it is defined some of the most common methodological approaches to disclosure of the nature and content of the category “security”. The article is presumed that the modern conception of the Russian Federation national security has obtained the integrative nature in the last decade, connecting liberal-democratic and public-state approaches in one strong unit, and it is aimed at ensuring security of the personality, society and state.
