National personnel security

This article examines the key gaps in the current system for supporting national personnel security. In this context, human capital and personnel management methods require particular attention. This research aims to analyze the key aspects that reflect the state of the country's personnel security. It also aims to develop a list of measures to strengthen national human resource potential. The study assesses key areas in education, research, manufacturing, and management, as well as threats arising from significant personnel losses, a shortage of qualified employees, and the ineffectiveness of personnel training and retraining mechanisms.
