National policy in the Russian Federation: issues of achieving spiritual unity and patriotic solidarity

In modern conditions the problem of state regulation of inter-ethnic relations is essential. Depending on the principles, norms, rules by which the state national policy is implemented, the future of the country largely depends. The citizens must know the strategy of the state national policy of the Russian Federation, the ways and means to preserve, maintain and regulate law and order in the sphere of inter-ethnic relations, which promotes the spiritual unity and Patriotic solidarity of the Russian nation.
