The national system of payment cards in Russia: from the plan to realization

The article is devoted to the history of the national system of payment cards in Russia. It explored the basic ways that were considered in the implementation of the idea of a national payment system in Russia, investigated the problems. Also summarized the results of a national system of payment cards in Russia at the end of 2015.
