The article examines the moral and ethical factors that undoubtedly regulate the balance of interethnic relations of such an ethno-political state, as the Russian Federation. This problem is relevant nowadays. It is clear that other life systems of the country depend on the mood behaviors of society, the success of which, in turn, depends on the attitude of individuals towards them. The author emphasizes that the Soviet people did not lose their moral values even during the Great Patriotic War. Despite the existing problems, modern Russia has made a breakthrough in its new liberal direction, and the further productive development of Russia depends on the concrete implementation of the tasks set by the authorities in the interests of the multinational country, in the expediency of which, as the author sees, the human factor, its morality play a meaningful role.
