National projects as a tool for ensuring Russia's economic and biological security. (Part 1)

The article provides information on priority national projects of Russia in the field of healthcare and digital economy, implemented since 2019 and aimed primarily at ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the country and improving the quality of life of citizens “Healthcare” and “Digital Economic”. For all national projects, goals and objectives are formulated, including targets and criteria, which are described in detail in the relevant regulatory documents. The relevance of the analysis carried out in the framework of the study is due to the need to ensure the economic growth of the national economy, to ensure the economic and biological security of the country. Of particular interest is the relationship between the key goals and indicators of the projects considered, as well as the possibility of achieving the goals set in the field of socio-economic development of the country in the context of the pandemic COVID-19 and related restrictions, the development of proposals to improve their effectiveness, which is the scientific novelty of this work.
